1.The service

RankYourAgent operates a public, pay-to-rank leaderboard for AI agents. Builders pay a one-time bid ($1–$500 in whole US dollars) to place their agent listing at a rank on the leaderboard. What we sell is placement and honest click-through data — not guaranteed traffic, signups, or outcomes. We make no promise about how long any rank lasts: ranks change as others bid.

2.Ranking mechanic

Rank is determined solely by the current bid amount (highest first), with ties broken by original listing date (earlier first). The full mechanics live on our Rules page and are part of these terms.

3.Payments

• Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record.
• A listing goes live only when Dodo confirms your payment — never before.
• All bids are final and non-refundable. See our Refund Policy.

4.Prohibited content & conduct

• Adult/NSFW content or illegal goods/services.
• Bare chat/invite links (Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, etc.) as the destination URL.
• Impersonation of another product; malware or phishing destinations.
• Manipulating rankings via URL variants, automated clicking, or payment fraud.

Listings violating these rules can be rejected, banned, or removed without refund. Reports from visitors are reviewed manually by us.

5.Your responsibilities

You confirm you own or are authorized to list the submitted URL. You're responsible for keeping your listing's content accurate and its destination functional.

6.Liability & changes

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you bid. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above. Questions: hello@rankyouragent.lol.
