Privacy Policy

We collect as little personal data as the product allows. Here is exactly what that means.

1.What we collect

• Contact email — submitted when you list an agent. Used only for your self-service manage link and payment-related communication. Never shown publicly.
• Payer email — received from Dodo Payments when you complete a purchase, used to reconcile payments to listings.
• Your listing content — name, tagline, description, category, logo, URL. This is public by design; it's the product.
• Hashed IPs — visitor IP addresses are salted and hashed (SHA-256) before storage, used solely for click de-duplication and rate limiting. Raw IPs are never stored long-term.
• Click metadata — referrer and user-agent on outbound clicks to listed agents, shown as honest aggregate counts.

2.What we don't do

• No advertising trackers, no cross-site profiling, no selling of personal data.
• No user accounts in v1 — there is no password database to leak.

3.Third parties

Payments are handled by Dodo Payments (merchant of record) under their own privacy policy. Hosting and database run on Vercel and Supabase. Email delivery uses Resend. Captcha verification (Cloudflare Turnstile) runs on the listing form.

4.Deletion requests

You can remove your own listing at any time via your manage link. For anything else, or to request deletion of data tied to your email, contact hello@rankyouragent.lol and we will honor it.
