Refund Policy

1.All bids are final

All bids and purchases on RankYourAgent are final and strictly non-refundable. This is stated plainly on the bidding form before you pay — you confirm it with a checkbox — because what you're buying (placement on a public leaderboard) is delivered instantly and irreversibly the moment your payment clears.

2.What this means in practice

• A completed Dodo Payments transaction immediately claims your rank. There is no trial period.
• Your rank changes as others outbid you — that is the product functioning normally, not a defect.
• If your listing is removed for violating our Rules (prohibited content, impersonation, invite links), the bid is forfeited.

3.If something goes wrong

If a payment succeeded but your listing did not go live due to a bug on our side, that is a support case, not a normal refund flow — contact hello@rankyouragent.lol and we will make it right (by activating your listing or refunding via our payment provider's dashboard).

Please always contact us before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. Disputes are fielded by Dodo Payments as merchant of record, but a direct conversation resolves real issues much faster.
